YMCA of Greater Birmingham to host virtual job fair March 16

If you or someone you know is looking for a summer job, you can check out a virtual job fair to be hosted by the YMCA of Greater Birmingham on Tuesday, March 16, at 6 p.m.

The YMCA has numerous summer positions open at its many area facilities, according to a news release from the nonprofit.

At the job fair, there will be a group presentation followed by breakout sessions, and YMCA staff will answer questions and provide details about the openings.

Among other positions, the YMCA is seeking lifeguards and swim instructors, as well as counselors for the YMCA Summer Fun Club day camps and the YMCA Camp Cosby sleepaway camp.

Camp Cosby is located on 135 acres of wooded hills on the shores of Lake Logan Martin and offers dozens of activities to campers, including outdoor recreation and arts and crafts.
