This is an ongoing article that will be updated with restaurants offering delivery, curbside pick up and free/discounted kids meals in regards to the COVID-19 coronavirus in the Birmingham area. It will include updates for all of our coverage areas, including downtown, Mountain Brook, Homewood, Vestavia Hills, Hoover, 280 corridor and Trussville.

Waitr, DoorDash UberEats and GrubHub are still operating and offering no-contact delivery options.
Full Moon BBQ (Fullmoonbbq.com) is selecting 10 families to deliver free value meals to between now and April 4th. Value meals include 1 pound of chicken or pork, fresh bread, BBQ sauce, 2 pint sized sides and Half Moon cookies. To nominate someone, follow Full Moon BBQ on Facebook and Instagram; tag 2 friends in their "Feed a Friend" post; then message Full Moon BBQ on Facebook OR Instagram with a brief description on why this person is deserving with an address and number of family members. Milo's Hamburgers (Miloshamburgers.com) has started an Alabama Strong campaign to strengthen its communities across Central and North Alabama during these difficult times. The campaign will offer the following: To ensure our children stay happy and healthy, Milo’s will provide 150 meals per week to local kids in need across its 16-store footprint in Alabama; and for a limited time only starting in early April, Milo’s will give their customers the opportunity to purchase their coveted signature sauce and $2 for every bottle sold will be donated to feed a hungry child in need.
Milo’s Tea Company is giving away up to 2,000 free gallons of its tea and lemonade to first responders battling against and treating the coronavirus. The giveaway program is available for fireman, policeman, national guard, FEMA, paramedics, doctors, nurses, and hospital and nursing home staff until April 30. Baumhower's Victory Grille - Lee Branch (Baumhowers.com / 205-995-5151) on April 13 started selling groceries, including bread, milk, cheese, hamburgers, ground meat, chicken breast, chicken wings, chicken tenders, sauces, beer, wine and toilet paper. The restaurant also now has a new "Pick Me Up Menu" with individual and family meals and on March 30 started a new wings-only drive-through tent service outside all of its restaurants. The "Gabi's Just Wing It" menu includes a $5 meal with five wings, $10 meal with 10 wings and $15 meal with 15 wings. Each meal comes with curly fries. Hours are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week.

Automatic Seafood & Oysters (Automaticseafood.com / 205-580-1600) is offering curbside pick up. The takeaway menu changes daily, customers can access it on their website and the pickup times (which are updated daily) can be accessed on their social media. Along with their takeaway food menu available for pickup, Automatic is offering cocktail kits, wine by the bottle, and beer all ready to pair with your meal—based on availability, options offered are updated on their social media.
