iCrawl USA plans all-day brunch party for Sept. 1

Something almost everybody can agree on, Amber Haywood said, is a love for brunch.

On Saturday, Sept. 1, iCrawl USA will “bring an all-day brunch party to Lakeview,” said Haywood, the event manager for Birmingham’s first Labor Day Brunch Crawl. The day includes a food and beverage crawl that will last from noon to 8 p.m.

Participating bars include Moe’s Original BBQ, Sky Castle, Tin Roof, Bird’s Bar & Pizza, Innisfree Irish Pub, SideBar and a dessert food truck, Haywood said, as well as other establishments they are still recruiting. 

“We've done all the work of organizing your friends and your family to come to this one place for some fun,” Haywood said, “and you’ll be able to enjoy all of the specials as this huge discount.”

A ticket includes access and entry to all participating places, an “arrival drink” if the person is 21 years or older and unlocks drink and food specials connected to the event.  

iCrawlUSA is a new event management company that specializes in festivals, bar crawls and holiday-themed events, Haywood said, with the long-term goal to form strategic partnerships with bars, pubs, breweries and restaurants in the local area.

Participants must register by 3 p.m. the day of the event, and tickets are non-refundable.
