This class will focus on drawing the figure from observation. We will place the figure in relationship to its surroundings by using large abstract shapes and positive and negative spacial relationships. Softer graphite pencil will be used to make the process more painterly and enhance the form using a subtle chiaroscuro. All skill levels are welcome.

Level 1: Beginner – This class is appropriate for beginner to advanced artists. Covers the basic techniques of the medium and offers individual assistance. No prior experience is required.
