Vulcan Run 10K

Nov. 2: Vulcan Run 10K. 8 a.m. Sloss Furnaces National Historic Landmark, 20 32nd St. N. One of the most popular road races in the Southeast, the Vulcan Run — started in 1975 — typically attracts more than 1,000 runners. The 2019 event will again serve as the Road Runners Club of America State Championship 10K race. The race fee is $45, plus a $3 sign-up fee.
